Value and significance: reduce the operating differences caused by different levels of operators, prevent the coiling out of the tower or tail after finishing rolling, protect the equipment.

Acceptance indicators: more than 99% of the success rate, stopping error is not more than 15°, that is, positioning accuracy (accuracy) is less than plus or minus 2%.

3, after the construction of the actual diameter monitoring and prevention

Significance and value: systematically prevent the failure of construction caused by premature expansion and the difficulty of unwinding caused by too late expansion.

Acceptance indicators: coil diameter expansion and contraction adopts servo hydraulic system with position sensor feedback, diameter expansion error is less than 1mm;If the expansion and contraction of the drum is ordinary hydraulic mechanism, or no displacement sensor, the expansion diameter error is not more than 3mm.

4. Constant tension crimp in the process of speed rise and speed fall

Significance and value: in order to protect the mechanical equipment and stabilize the coil shape, mature strip production line adopts the process control model of low speed strip penetration, high speed crimp and low speed casting, so the crimp curve needs to have constant tension crimp in the process of rising and decreasing speed.

Acceptance index: the deviation between the actual tension value and the set value at constant speed crimp is less than 0.5 N/mm square.
