For the high-speed area of rod and wire (3# flying shear, or 3# and downstream flying shear), mature flying shear control technology is adopted to make the cutting accuracy error within the range of 100mm.

For the low speed area of rod and wire (1# flying shear, 2# flying shear), the laser length measurement technology has been successfully developed and applied in the rod production line, which makes the cutting head, cutting tail and scaling accuracy of the flying shear stable and less than 50mm.
